The breakfast here is excellent with a wide range of Indonesian dishes, the staff is amazingly friendly, the room is spacious and has a luxurious large bed, and the location is perfect in the heart of the city.

The room was reasonably large and light filled with climate control, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

nice building and rooms precisely for 2 twin bedrooms. fresh made breakfast with a larg indonesian spread, good service. location just off even tourist spots like dago pakar and dago atas heading towards lembang, and nice restaurants. easy check-in, late check-out. extremely friendly and best people working here.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The level of service from the staff was top-notch, and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The comfortable beds provided a perfect place to relax after a day of shopping. The hotel design was classy and bright, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The big windows in the rooms offered stunning views of the mountains, and the spacious and well-lit rooms were a refreshing change from other hotels. We were delighted to find plenty of power outlets, including next to the bed, making it convenient to charge our devices. Additionally, the hotel's rooftop cafe was a fantastic bonus, providing a great place to unwind and enjoy the view.

The hotel was comfortable in the center of Bandung City. the location was favorable and fabulous, within walking distance of Kartika Sari Dago. - My room was perfectly clean and airy and featured a nice view.

This hotel is in a great location, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to ITB university and the airport. the rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. And, the staff is very friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any requests. the breakfast is great with a large Indonesian spread. the hotel also has a restaurant and gelato shop nearby.

The elevator can be crowded during peak hours.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to a supermarket and restaurants, and right at the city center. We also loved that it was near the ITB university and the airport. The hotel facilities were impeccable, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were amazing, always welcoming and accommodating.

The hotel location is great, very close to the city center. They offered us complimentary drinks upon arrival and also complementary Wi-Fi.

The elevators in the hotel are terrible. They only have two elevators and it's hard to get one during peak hours.

Another great advantage is the hotel's location, it is very accessible and located in a central area of the city, which makes it easy to reach various tourist attractions.

One of the hotel's main drawbacks is parking, it only offers limited space in the basement, and it's quite challenging to park if you have a large car. Another area the hotel could improve on is room amenities, as some of the amenities, such as the toiletries and towels, need to be replenished more often.
